I buyed a wallet from roycebrand.com and it just wasn’t what I thought it was gonna be. It looked nice online, but once I got it, it didn’t really feel like something I wanted to keep.
I tried to start a return and the whole process was way more confusing than it needed to be. The steps wasn’t clear, and when I emailed them, it took forever before anyone get back to me.
I also asked about doing an exchange, but their reply made it seem like they didn’t really read what I wrote. By the time they finally answered, I was already irritated. For the price, I was expecting much better customer service, so I probably won’t order from them again.

I really wanted to feel good about ordering from here, but it just didn’t feel worth it. I was hoping for something that would reassure me I’d made a good choice, and I didn’t really get that. I don’t think I’d order again.

I was hoping for more monogram choices, but there really weren’t many options to pick from. The fonts felt limited, and checkout ended up being more annoying than it needed to be, haha.

"Promo code was a letdown"
I tried placing an order on roycebrand.com because there was a promo code displayed on the site. Nice. But once I got to checkout, the code wouldn’t apply at all.
I reached out to support and got a generic response saying some items were excluded. Okay. The problem is that this definitely wasn’t made clear before I spent time picking things out.
I ended up just leaving the cart. Frustrating. If a discount is being advertised, it should either work or clearly explain the rules upfront.

"Packaging was really disappointing"
My order arrived in a crushed box with hardly any padding inside, which was frustrating. I feel like decent packaging is such a basic thing to get right, especially for the price. The product itself seems okay, but the way it was packed felt cheap and careless. Not a great first impression...

I only checked out the site design and didn’t buy anything. To me, it just looks really plain and a bit dated. The layout felt kind of clunky, and the product pages didn’t make me want to keep browsing. I’m sure some people might like it, but overall the style just really wasn’t for me...

I signed up once and ever since then my inbox has been flooded with emails. I tried unsubscribing, but they still keep coming, which makes the whole thing feel more frustrating than useful. It’s a reminder that when a company doesn’t respect your inbox, it kind of changes how you see the whole experience. Not really worth it for me.

"Checkout Was Super Frustrating"
The checkout kept freezing on me, it was really annoying. I just wanted to finish my order, but I couldn't get through without it locking up.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was not even close. It was super tight in some areas and weirdly loose in others, so I have no idea what their sizing chart is based on. The return process was annoying too, especially with the terms feeling like they changed from what I expected. i don’t see myself ordering from here again unless they fix the sizing and make the return policy clearer

"Literally always out of stock"
I tried ordering twice, and both times the stuff I wanted ended up being out of stock. The site makes it look like items are available until you start clicking around, which is literally so frustrating. Just feels like a waste of time.

"I bought this wallet as a birthday…"
I bought this wallet as a birthday gift, but it did not really feel ready to give to someone. The box looked plain, and the wallet had a few tiny marks on it. It made me feel a little awkward about handing it over as a present. It might be fine if you are buying it for yourself, but for a gift, I expected it to look a bit nicer. I ended up making a last-minute run to buy something else...

"Bulk order turned into a headache"
I placed a bulk order through roycebrand.com the whole thing left a bad impression. The shipping took longer than what I was told, and when the order finally showed up, a few items were missing. What really bothered me was how difficult it was to get a straight answer from customer service. I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on. For a larger order, I expected them to be more organized and dependable. After this experience, I don’t really feel like I can trust them with bulk orders again.

"I was excited to start using it, but..."
I was excited to start using it, but the first time it needed cleaning, I realized it wasn’t going to be as simple as I hoped. I went to clean it like I normally would with something similar, then had to stop and check the care instructions. That’s when it started feeling like more of a chore than it should be. It’s not the end of the world, but it definitely feels fussy, and I don’t really want to baby something this much just to keep it clean.

I thought this would be a lot better for what it costs. It looked really nice on the website, but once I got it in person, it felt average, like something I could’ve found cheaper somewhere else. Shipping was fine, but the quality just didn’t feel premium at all. What made it more frustrating is that when I reached out, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or actually help. For the price they charge, I expected a better product and better support. I don’t see myself ordering from roycebrand.com again

I was trying to place a corporate gift order for a work event, so yeah, I expected the process to be a little more organized. Support took a while to get back to me, and when they did, the answers were kind of confusing. I had to repeat the same details more than once, which was annoying because I’d already explained everything clearly. I’m not trying to be difficult, but when it’s for a company event, you kind of need clear answers and a smoother experience

"Engraving took longer than I expected"
I ordered an engraved item, the turnaround felt a lot slower than I thought it would be. Maybe I missed something in the timing details, but I didn’t really get clear updates along the way, so I was kind of left waiting and wondering what was going on.
